Benefits of the treatment sessions for your body

Pain reduction

Manual therapy is primarily effective in treating pain, especially that associated with muscle spasms, tension, soft tissue and joint injuries

love

Improved general well-being

Manual therapy helps improve blood circulation and lymph flow, which is important for the normal functioning of all body systems. Due to improved blood supply, tissues receive more oxygen and nutrients, and also remove metabolic products faster

Increased physical performance

Manual therapy helps maintain and improve physical health by restoring normal musculoskeletal function, increasing flexibility, relieving pain. All of this contributes to more productive training and improved physical performance, whether it be strength, endurance, flexibility, or overall activity

Prevention of sports/household injuries

Manual therapy helps to identify and prevent potential problems in the functioning of muscles and joints that can lead to diseases and injuries in the future

Increased joints mobility

Manual techniques aim to stretch and mobilise joints, improving their function

Improved mood

This is especially useful in today's world, where many people face chronic stress from working in the same position for long hours. The relaxation caused by manual therapy helps not only physically, but also emotionally

Accelerate recovery from injuries or surgeries

By stimulating blood circulation, improving lymphatic drainage and normalising nervous system function, manual techniques help the body recover faster

Improved posture

Manual therapy helps restore muscle balance and correct posture
